Aaron Z. Johns is the Vice President, Digital Solutions for Siemens Government Technologies (SGT), Inc., the separate but affiliated arm of technology powerhouse Siemens. With project teams throughout the U.S. and overseas, SGT is a cleared provider of Siemens products, technologies, and software to solve some of the most complex government challenges in energy, automation, and digitalization.
Mr. Johns has more than 27 years of experience with Siemens. He is responsible for driving integrated software and hardware solutions for government customers by leveraging the Siemens Digital Industries Xcelerator portfolio, supporting cleared work and missions across government agencies with a principal focus on the Department of Defense.
Joining SGT in 2020, Mr. Johns has spearheaded major software-enabled initiatives for U.S. military customers, where he and his teams applied the comprehensive Siemens digital twin to solve some of the most complex modernization, design, development, and production challenges for government missions – including major transformation programs such as the U.S. Navy’s Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program.
Mr. Johns studied Communications at Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, and Mechanical Engineering at Wilkes University. He and his wife reside in the Philadelphia suburbs, with twin sons enrolled at The Pennsylvania State University.
